How it all began....
I basically got sick and tired of stressing out and sweating the small stuff. I began to realize that the stress I was feeling in my life wasn’t necessarily coming from the situation I was experiencing. It was my inner dialogue about the situation that was causing my experience to be stressful.
I wanted to create a way to constantly shift my perspective, so that my life experiences were filtered through a place of love and appreciation. I wanted to take responsibility for my happiness and to choose better behaviors for myself so that complaints and stress took a backseat to love and gratitude. I wanted my inner dialogue to be helpful, wise and inspiring and to focus my attention on all the beauty and love that surrounded me on a daily basis. I wanted to stop putting limitations on myself and instead start believing that I could grow, evolve and get better every day.
I have noticed that when tragedy strikes, people immediately recognize what is most important in their life. The issues that stressed them out the day before suddenly seem insignificant and even ridiculous. I personally did not want to wait for a tragedy or a bad diagnosis from a doctor to start appreciating what is most important in my life. I didn’t want a wake-up call, I just wanted to wake up and fully enjoy my life and the people and things that are present in my life right now.
I found writing affirmations for myself extremely helpful in holding appreciation and love at the forefront of my life. I began using them like a compass, a way to guide myself to the best part of me. I knew I needed daily reminders to stay focused, so I began recording my affirmations so that I could easily listen to them every day.
I immediately felt more grateful, happy and inspired and I consistently showed up with more enthusiasm, joy and love in my day-to-day interactions. My relationships blossomed, my life had a clear purpose and I infused love and light into everything I did. I am a believer that when we soak our thoughts and mind in all the wonderful and positive realities and possibilities of our life, we can actually create a life we love and love the life we have created.

I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I am a certified hypnotherapist, yoga and pilates instructor and energy healer. I have experience in meditation, visualization and EFT Tapping (emotional healing techniques). I am passionate about my family, my friends, yoga, cupcakes and most importantly love. I currently live in Los Angeles, CA with my husband and 2 beautiful kids.
