I love you and beyond

People want to be seen, heard and understood. They want to know that they are special, that they have purpose and that they matter. People want to love and be loved. These fundamental desires are universal. They are beyond race, religion, politics, culture and country.

Sometimes, the world can feel dark, scary and even terrifying. We can feel hopeless in the face of out of control situations and we are often left to wonder “what can I do to help make it better?”

Fortunately, there are lots of answers to that question and there are many positive actions that we can take. I am going to propose one action that you can start doing today. It is free, it takes very little time and it will help brighten the world.

Put love at the top of your to-do-list. Don’t underestimate the importance of your heart, your love, your existence. Share your love like it is the most important thing you can do today. Because it is. Tell someone you love, why you love them. Even if you think they already know, tell them again.

Saying “I love you” is important, but when you tell someone why you love them, it is transformative. Tell them why you admire them and why they inspire you. Tell them how they make you laugh or see the world differently. Text them, call them, email them, hug them. It will brighten their day. And it will brighten your day and help to brighten the world.

Love is healing. Love is contagious in the best way. Love is absolutely free and yet one of the most valuable things you can give away. Love will raise the vibration of the world and help save our beautiful planet.

Close your eyes right now and send love out to everyone you know. Send love out to everyone in pain. Send love out to everyone in the world. Your love matters. Your capacity to love is beyond space and time. Your love is more powerful than you can comprehend. Your love will cause a ripple effect into more and more love.

Try it as an experiment and see what happens. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. The power of love consistently blows me away in the most magical way.

Love is the answer. Love is the solution and love will help heal our planet and everyone in the world.
